What warranty do I get?

Kits and batteries are covered for 1 year against manufacturing defects. Contact us within 48 hours of discovering a fault with your order number, a description and clear photos or video. Warranty depends on correct installation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if you contact us within 7 days of ordering, before it ships. We can swap to the right size or cancel it. Once an order has shipped we can't take change-of-mind or wrong-size returns. Faulty products are covered by warranty.

What battery chemistry do you use?

Lithium-ion NCM cells from grade-A brands like LG and Samsung, depending on the pack. Every battery has a BMS protecting against short circuits, overcharging, over-discharging and over-current.

Are the kits road legal?

No. In most countries, anything this powerful isn't legal on public roads, footpaths or bike paths. Spark kits are for private land, off-road and competition use.
