Spark E-Bikes – Legal Use & Safety Policy

At Spark E-Bikes, rider safety and responsible use are important to us. We do not encourage, promote, or condone the illegal use of any products we sell.

Lawful Use

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their bicycle and any modifications comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and road rules in their state, territory, or country.

Laws relating to electric bicycles and high-powered electric vehicle conversions vary between jurisdictions and may change over time. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with the laws that apply where they intend to use their equipment.

No Encouragement of Illegal Activity

Spark E-Bikes does not encourage or endorse:

  • Illegal riding or use of our products.
  • Riding on public roads, shared paths, footpaths, or other public areas where our products are not permitted by law.
  • Evading or attempting to evade law enforcement.
  • Dangerous, reckless, or irresponsible riding.
  • Modifying or using products in a manner that breaches applicable laws.

Any content published by Spark E-Bikes is intended for informational, promotional, or entertainment purposes only and should not be interpreted as encouraging unlawful behaviour.

Product Use

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all Spark E-Bikes conversion kits, high-powered components, and related products are sold for private property use only.

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any use of our products complies with all applicable laws before operating them. Spark E-Bikes does not represent or warrant that any product is legal for use on public roads, footpaths, shared paths, or other public areas.

Affiliate & Ambassador Program

Spark E-Bikes ambassadors and affiliates participate in an independent referral program.

Participation in the program does not require individuals to ride, create content, or operate products in any particular manner. Spark E-Bikes does not instruct affiliates or ambassadors to engage in illegal or unsafe riding, nor do we encourage them to breach any laws.

Any views, content, or riding behaviour displayed by affiliates or ambassadors are their own and do not necessarily represent the views of Spark E-Bikes.

Safety

We encourage all riders to:

  • Wear appropriate protective equipment.
  • Use our products on private property only, unless they have independently confirmed that use elsewhere is lawful.
  • Ride responsibly.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain their equipment before use.

By purchasing or using products supplied by Spark E-Bikes, customers acknowledge that they have read this policy and understand that Spark E-Bikes products are sold for private property use only, unless the customer independently confirms that their intended use complies with all applicable laws.

Customers accept full responsibility for ensuring the lawful use of any product they purchase. Spark E-Bikes accepts no responsibility for unlawful, unsafe, or improper use of its products by customers or third parties.
