POOR COMMUNICATION, they do not respond to emails/ and ignore messages on social media and or block you. We ordered weeks and weeks ago, and still haven’t got our order . I still believe this is a SCAM, as we were told they would provide shipping tracking info and still haven’t or responded .. my son is devasted , I believe this is a scam
this website is TERRIBLE i orderd this seat on the 29th december 2025. It is now 14th August and it only came YESTERDAY. I sent a text and they said they were out of stock and will send a tracking number and i NEVER got the number. after calling them mulitiple times and beig disconnected, i had a look at their tiktok account. It looks like there is not muc people with good thing to say about this website. DO NOT BUY this seat from spark ebikes. You may as well buy a fake one from ali express for 5 bucks. Very dissapointed.
Claude i couldn't agree more. We ordered 13th July 2026 and only got tracking info yesterday September 10th. Its finally on the way after I questioned if it was a scam sell. It better be what we wanted. My son is devastated its taken months to arrive. Not good enough.
DO NOT buy this seat from this Seller. I am certain the product is good but COMMUNICATION IS POOR. I purchased this on 19th July 2026 and it is now 9th September! I reached out a few times to see where my order is, they are very slow to reply, which was only once. They told me the order has been shipped and they will send me a tracking number. That was on 20th August and still no tracking number. I am sure I will receive it eventually, and it's only a bike seat no big deal. But poor customer service. Avoid.
