Questions
Which battery do I need?
Match the voltage to your kit: 48 or 52 V for 1,500 and 2,000 W kits, 72 V for 3,000 W and up. Then choose capacity for range. The BMS rating needs to be at least your controller's amp rating.
Does it come with a charger?
Yes. Every battery includes a charger and a built-in BMS that protects against overcharging, over-discharging, short circuits and over-current.
How should I look after it?
Charge between 0 and 45 °C. Store it part-charged somewhere cool and dry, and don't leave it on the charger for days.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 7 days. Standard delivery is about 6 weeks, express 2–3 weeks. Kits and batteries often ship separately, so one may arrive before the other.
Can I ride it on the road?
No. Kits over 250 W aren't legal on public roads, footpaths or bike paths in most countries, including Australia, the UK and the EU. They're sold for private land, off-road and competition use.
What's your returns policy?
